Terms of Service

These terms apply to video editing and content production work carried out by Framevo unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Quotes and scope

Every project is quoted individually based on video length, complexity, motion graphics, turnaround and volume. The quote confirms what is included. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Client material

You confirm you have the rights to the footage, music, logos and other material you send us, and that we may use it to produce the agreed deliverables.

Revisions

Revisions within the agreed direction and scope are included. Substantial changes of direction after approval — a new concept, new footage or a different format — are treated as new work.

Delivery and timelines

Timelines are confirmed before a project starts and assume footage, briefs and feedback arrive as agreed. Delays in receiving material shift the delivery date accordingly.

Payment

Projects are quoted and invoiced in USD for international clients. Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice.

Ownership

Once payment is complete, the final delivered videos are yours to use. Framevo may show work publicly as a portfolio sample only where you have not asked us to keep it confidential.
